Monthly Retainer Arrangements
A monthly retainer arrangement offers the most cost effective solution. Starting at just £12.50 per hour for 1 hour per week, it ensures that we are always available to fulfill your requirements and encourages you to organise yourself enough to make use of the services you so desperately need. We have developed three price packages as follows:
Bronze Starter Package
This includes 4 hours of assistance for just £50 per month which is payable in advance. This works out at an average of just £12.50 per hour. Any additional hours will be invoiced at the end of the month and charged at a basic rate of £15 per hour.

Silver Regular User Package
This provides you with 16 hours of support per month and is charged at £190, an average of less than £12 per hour. Again, the retainer fee is payable in advance with additional hours invoiced at the end of the month at a rate of £15 per hour.

Gold Professional Package
At just £365 per month this provides 32 hours of assistance per month at an average rate of only £11.40 per hour. The retainer fee is payable in advance with any hours worked over and above this charged at a rate of £15.00 per hour. This option also allows you to carry over a maximum of 8 hours to the following month.

Ad-Hoc Requirements and Project Support
These services will generally be charged at a rate of £15 per hour. Discounts are available for larger tasks so please contact us to discuss.

Call Answering
This is charged at a low monthly fee plus a charge for every call answered. The rates will depend on the number of hours you want us to cover as well as the type and number of calls you normally receive.
